TTA in Montana

See what Sixth Amendment work is happening in Montana.


We are working with the Montana Office of the State Public Defender to:

  • Assist the Training Director in assessing training needs, develop year-long training plan, organize topics for agency brief bank, revise new lawyer bi-annual training agenda, help plan conferences, obtain speakers and assist the agency in developing a traveling training program to reach attorneys in multiple locations in a geographically large state
